I cannot thank Miss Highton enough for the care and treatment I have received. Miss Highton was so kind and understanding throughout the consultation process and fully explained all the relevant information in preparation for my breast reduction surgery. My operation went really well and Miss Highton came to visit me following my operation and the day after to check how I was. Miss Highton was fully available throughout my recovery to address any worries, questions or concerns I had. She has truly changed my life for the better and no amount of thanks will be enough for the work she does and the care she give to her patients. I felt fully looked after and cared for from start to finish. Initial consultation I appreciated the objective factual outline of the procedure and results. A nice touch was looking at similar patients outcome photos. There was no hard sell and my specific concerns were addressed. Day of: Very much put me at ease and again outline the procedure and expectations consistent with information at initial consultation. Follow up care: Nothing short of exceptional in terms of responsiveness and quality of care. This was a really big decision for me, I was extremely apprehensive. I am delighted with the outcome and highly recommend Ms Highton.

Fantastic consultant, listens and understood what I needed. Over the moon with the results of my breast lift and reduction. Gone down two cup sizes and can wear things I could never wear before. Great advise and after care too. Would highly recommend.
